Pricing - We offer professional service at a great value. While we may not be the cheapest, we take the time to discuss pricing and the factors that can affect the cost. It's important to ensure you're comparing apples to apples. Things to consider include the use of ground protection mats, our licensing and insurance, and options such as whether you want to keep the wood or not have the stump grindings hauled away. All of these factors impact the price, and we provide a fair price that reflects the value we deliver.

Communication is key for us. We communicate every aspect of what we do in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. We don’t try to use big words to sound smart or confuse you.

In some cases, you may just want the tree gone and don’t want to be bothered with the details. Our office staff handles all permits, contacts utility companies to ensure no underground lines are damaged, and, when necessary, arranges for electric lines to be de-energized or dropped.

During the estimating process, we discuss potential yard damage and the steps we take to prevent it, as well as scheduling, financing options, and access to your property.

The only thing more important than customer service is safety, and neither will be compromised here.

Equipment – We started with a pickup truck and not much more. Now, we have a bucket truck, chip truck, pickup trucks, chippers, skid loaders, stump grinders, mini-skid loaders, and much more. Not bragging, but yes, we’re very proud of our equipment and take our maintenance seriously. We also have a great network of friends and companies we work with for larger jobs.

We have equipment that can fit through gates and fences to haul logs out, and we also use many techniques with ropes and rigging. Check out our photo gallery to see some of the tree rigging techniques we use. We also use cranes, bucket trucks, tracked aerial lifts, and highline systems to complete these tasks.

Safety – We take safety very seriously—not only for our crew in the field but also for your property and our customers. It’s quite common for people to watch us work, and we welcome that. However, we ask our customers to stay out of the “drop zone,” which will be clearly marked with cones for safety.

To ensure safety and professionalism, we use Bluetooth communication headsets in our helmets. This improves our coordination and makes the job safer while eliminating the need for shouting or chainsaws running in your backyard.
